COLOMBO — The Oblates of the Colombo Province extended a warm, fraternal welcome to Rev. Fr. Jim Brobst, OMI, General Councilor for the Canada-United States Region, who arrived in Sri Lanka on August 13.

Fr. Brobst is currently visiting the Colombo Province to conduct important consultations regarding the appointment of the next Provincial Administration. His presence and guidance during this time serve as a vital step in discerning the future leadership and continuous mission of the Oblate community in the region.

In a spirit of joy and fellowship, the Colombo Province shared a message of hospitality for his visit: “We wish Fr. Jim a happy, blessed, and fruitful stay among us as he carries out this important service for the Congregation.”
